Your Hospital Bill

 

If you are not covered by insurance, please make financial arrangements with Patient Accounts at 765.521.1516 prior to admission.

 

Patients with insurance receive a Hospital bill letting you know what you owe after your insurance has paid. You will receive a separate bill from your physician, your baby's physician and your anesthesia provider. Please contact your insurance provider if they require prior authorization.
