Henry County Hospital Announces Partnership for Cath Lab Opening

Henry County Hospital Board of Trustees today approved a partnership agreement with St. Vincent Health for the construction of a cardiac catheterization laboratory at HCH.

The new Cath Lab will be located in the former ICU/CCU on the first floor with construction beginning in June. We anticipate the new lab will be open for business in late 2011.

In the new lab we will provide scheduled diagnostic cardiac catheterization services. Emergency catheterizations will continue to be sent to St. Vincent in Indianapolis or Ball Hospital in Muncie where emergency catheterizations are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
