Walk Your Way to Wellness with Feet & Forks for Fitness Lace up those sneakers and walk your way to better health by participating in the Feet & Forks for Fitness program. This is a free, six-week program beginning on June 18 and ending on July 29, designed to encourage walking as a form of exercise. Sessions are 5:30, Tuesdays, June 19-July24 at Baker Park.
