While you are a patient at Henry County Hospital, your nurses will want to keep your family members/patient representative informed of your health status. While we realize it is very important to communicate information regarding your care to your family, we also recognize we have an obligation to you, our patient, to protect your privacy. Therefore, we would like to ask your assistance.
Please be prepared to give your nurse the name of a contact person with whom we can share information about your care. Family members and friends will be asked to contact this individual for updates on your condition.
