Our Sleep Center is located at Forest Ridge Medical Pavilion on Trojan Lane across from the Indiana High School Basketball Hall of Fame.

 

Please enter at the Main Front Entrance off Trojan Lane. You will take the elevator on the right to the third floor. When you get off the elevator turn left, and continue down the hallway.

 

The Sleep Center is on the right.
