HCH Get Fit Challenge Winners Announced

More than 100 employees and then add even more than that in family members and you will have an idea of how many participated in the HCH Get Fit Challenge. The 6-week event was an employee kick-off for the Summit Lake Optimist Triathlon Sponsored by Henry County Hospital.

Taking top honors - but just barely - were the Dandy Lions led by team captain Nancy Couch, Imaging with an average of 19.41 points per team member per week. Close on their heels were the members of the Can Do Blue Crew with 19.26 points per team member per week. The Blue Crew was under the leadership of Cynthia Lenz, Ambulatory. Both of these teams received Wal-Mart Gift Cards.

Placing third would be the Black Bandanna Bandits led by Devon Bell, New Castle Pediatrics. Members of this team received free lunch tickets to the Cafeteria.

Rusty Willis, IS, led the fourth place Red Hot Chili Peppers who each received a free snack ticket to the Cafeteria.

The first place team also received a trophy from Muncie Multi-Sport which was the same trophy received by Triathlon winners - a giant Ball jar.

Points were earned by exercising and eating right according to the Get Fit chart.
