Henry County Hospital Partners with St.Vincent
To Enhance Cardiology Services and Open Cardiovascular Center
Partnership ensures continued high quality cardiac care and increases satisfaction for patients and families
Henry County Hospital and St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana
are partnering to continue high quality cardiac care to benefit patients and families throughout Henry and western Wayne Counties.
The initial benefit is the opening of Henry County Hospital's new Cardiovascular Center
which is a joint venture with the St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana.
Staffed by cardiologists from Henry County Cardiology and St.Vincent Medical Group and the nationally-recognized St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana, it brings a new level of advanced heart care for our community.
Our local cardiologists can now perform diagnostic catheterizations at Henry County Hospital rather than having to take their patients out-of-town for diagnostic catheterization services.
The partnership also grants the opportunity for patients who need more complex cardiovascular care at Henry County Hospital to have a seamless transition to the St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana.
St. Vincent Heart Center Nationally Acclaimed
The St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana has been named nationally as one of the 50 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals by Thomson Reuters.
In addition, the program is the state's number one and two heart program in 2013 according to HealthGrades, the nation's leading independent healthcare ratings organization. The 86th Street and the 106th Street and Meridian locations were ranked number one and number two in Indiana, respectively.
St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana is also ranked among the top five percent in the nation for Overall Cardiac Services, Cardiology Services and Coronary Interventional Procedures.
