Henry County Hospital Partners with
St.Vincent to Enhance Cardiology Services and Open Cardiovascular Cente - 4/25/2012

Henry County Hospital and St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana are partnering to continue high quality cardiac care to benefit patients and families throughout Henry and western Wayne Counties.

The initial benefit is the April opening of Henry County Hospital's new Cardiovascular Center which is a joint venture with the St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana.

"Staffed by Nathan Millikan, MD, FACS and Christopher Hollon, MD, FACS from Henry County Hospital and the nationally-recognized St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana, it brings a new level of advanced heart care to Henry County residents.
Our local cardiologists can now perform diagnostic catheterizations at Henry County Hospital rather than having to take their patients out-of-town for diagnostic catheterization services,"   Paul Janssen, president of Henry County Hospital, emphasized.

"We have a vision to better meet the needs of Indiana residents by expanding our cardiology service capabilities at the local community level," said Blake Dye, president of the St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana. "This partnership grants the opportunity for patients who need more complex cardiovascular care at Henry County Hospital to have a seamless transition to the St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana."
