David W. Hall II, MD has joined Urology Associates of East Central Indiana and is practicing in their New Castle office located in Suite 210 in the Physician Office Center of Henry County Hospital.
Dr. Hall is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College, Florida and received his MD from the University of Toledo College of Medicine, Ohio. He completed his residency at The Pennsylvania State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center Division of Urology in Hershey, PA
He is a member of the American Urologic Association and the American Medical Association. Dr. Hall is the recipient of the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award which he received in 2011.
Urology Associates provides a wide spectrum of urologic care in Delaware, Madison, Blackford, Jay and Randolph counties as well as Henry County. Physicians include Albert N. Bruno, MD, Robert S. Williams, MD, Jeffery C. Ulrich, MD, Samuel C. Kim, MD and Onisuru T. Okotie, MD. |
