Outpatient Practice Changes
We are making a number of changes in our outpatient practices to help us prepare for healthcare reform where emphasis will be placed on increased demand for primary care services and patient care coordination by the primary care physician
May 16 Transition For Dr. Stevenson and Dr. Davisson
Dr. Rob Stevenson is moving his practice to Forest Ridge where he will begin a completely outpatient practice and utilize the Hospitalist Program. He will join New Castle Family and Internal Medicine (formerly New Castle Family Physicians) whose name has changed to reflect both family medicine and internal medicine physicians in the practice.
Dr. Mark Davisson will move his practice to the lower level of the Clinic where he will continue to practice with Dr. Richard Foster and Dr. Joy Stone seeing both inpatients and outpatients.
May 23 Transition for Henry County Urgent Care
Henry County Urgent Care will move to the upper level of the Clinic in Dr. Davisson and Stevenson's former offices and begin seeing patients there on May 23. Their new name will be New Castle Walk- In Care. This move will allow us to save money on leased space as well as expand for growth if needed.
