Patient Accounts is here to help you. If you have any questions regarding your claim or statements, our dedicated Patient Account Representatives welcome your call or visit and look forward to assisting you with your needs.
Our staff may be reached by contacting Patient Accounts or by calling 765.521.1516 or toll free 866.442.8510 from 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. If you cannot call between those hours, you may call and leave your question on our voice mail.
On your message, please include your name, your relationship to the patient, the patient name, date of service, claim number, and a call back number. We will return your call with the answer the next working day. In order to protect your privacy, if you want the information left on your voice mail you must specify the approval of this in your message to us.
Otherwise, we must mail the information to you if we cannot speak to you directly. In the event we must mail the information, please leave your mailing address in the message as well.
We are also available to assist you in person if you would like to visit our Cashier's Office located on the ground floor, three doors past the Gift Shop. We are available Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
