Prescription Wellness
Prescription Wellness provides an individualized fitness program to help improve your health and overall conditioning.
Based on your physician's prescription we will
- Provide you with a health evaluation
- Design a medically-based exercise program specifically for you
- Help you become comfortable with your own personal work-out
- Assist you in keeping track of your progress
- Re-assess how you are doing every four weeks and change your program to help further your progress
Once you are comfortable with your own personal workout, you will be able to exercise independently.
There are no limits on the number of visits per month or how long you stay each visit.

Cost
Individual $60 1st month and $50 per month each month there after
Spousal Rate $45 per month for you and your spouse when you join and continue together
Discount rates are available with advanced payment
3 month 5% discount $143.00 (spousal $128.00 ea.)
6 month 10% discount, $270.00 (spousal $243.00 ea.)
9 month 15% discount $383.00 (spousal $344.00 ea.) |
We cannot freeze time on discounted cards.
Some insurance companies will reimburse you, but you will need to check with your insurance carrier.
Physician Referral
To participate in Prescription Wellness, you need a prescription from your physician.
Your prescription must state:
- Medical diagnosis
- Wellness program
- Predisposing conditions/restrictions
