BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists Director of Physical Therapy in functioning of department administration, supervision, and patient treatment. Provides appropriate physical therapy care to outpatients by assessing patient needs, planning care, providing educational support and assessment of patient progress.

QUALIFICATIONS: Job requires specialized knowledge as to administration of patient evaluation and treatment. Must exercise judgment in administering and analyzing treatments. Position has considerable flexibility, outstanding salary and benefit package. Education requirements are a degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Successful completion of state board examination and Indiana licensure required.

WORKING HOURS: FULL TIME: day shift hours, Monday-Friday and infrequent Saturday morning coverage on a rotating basis.
