We all need some extra help some times. And that's what Henry County Home Care is all about. Helping you recover from surgery or an illness. Helping your family or care giver by providing needed support and services during your recovery.

We make quality care simple. Just make one call and we do the rest. In-home assessments, pre-discharge assessments and in-home therapy evaluations are offered at no charge. We'll also verify insurance and, if we can't serve you, we will connect you with another agency.

As a service of Henry County Hospital, we are locally owned and operated and committed to serving our community and our patients.

We also understand recovery at home can bring about some anxious moments for you and your caregiver. We're always available to listen to your concerns and provide support and education to help increase your confidence and peace of mind during your recovery.

We work closely with your physician to determine your home health care needs. In addition to the initial assessment which your physician receives, we update your physician if your condition changes.

No matter when you call, you'll always speak with an experienced home care associate who can ensure coordinated services and continuity of care. A registered nurse is available 24 hours a day for you.
