Paying your medical bill from Henry County Hospital or one of our Physician Practices is as easy as filling out this simple form.
All of your information (sensitive or not) is sent over a secure, encrypted connection. Your credit card information is encrypted and once your payment is processed your credit card information will be completely removed from our system. Payments are typically applied to your card on the business day following your form submission.
Receipts - You will receive a receipt once your payment is processed at the email address you provide.
Health Savings Account (HSA): Retain receipt for your HSA records.
Flexible Spending: Retain receipt for your Flexible Spending records. Your explanation of benefits from your insurance plan is to be submitted for reimbursement from your FLEX account as it has all the required information. Flexible spending is reimbursed based on the date of service, not the paid date.
